This is how it works:
Once you have filled in your information ( including a contact number ) by following the instructions above. We then recieve your information and call you straight back, you then provide us with the unique access code displayed to you via the installed secure software. We can then view and navigate your mouse and keyboard to diagnose and correct the fault at hand.

Sharing a session enables us to temporarily view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
1. Launch CrossLoop
After the installation has finished, you can open CrossLoop at any time by clicking the icon on your desktop or by opening the program from the start menu. This is the CrossLoop application icon:

2. Tell us your Access Code
The Access code is a randomly generated 12-digit number used to encrypt data sent between computers. This is the secure code you shall provide to us upon us calling you back on the phone number you provided in the earlier steps.

3. Select Connect
Click the connect button. Your session should begin momentarily. If it does not begin make sure you have provided us with the correct Access Code and try again.

4. Allow the Connection
Click the Allow button to allow us temporary access to your PC. Your session should begin momentarily.

Select the Disconnect button in the lower right hand corner of the application to end the session at any time.
Upon the fault being corrected you are then required to pay All Solutions for the time taken fixing your fault. This can be paid via credit card , pay pal or cheque.
